Shipping
We use these major carriers to ship items: UPS, FedEx and USPS.
Calculating Delivery Time:
Delivery Time = Manufacturing Time + Shipping Time
Manufacturing Time is the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our manufacturing facility.
When you viewing an item on the product detail page, make note of its availability (ex: Usually ships in 1 – 3 business days). This tells you when we expect to ship your wedding band from our manufacturing facility. Once your item has left our manufacturing facility, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive.
Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our manufacturing center.
The shipping method you select during checkout (e.g. – FedEx Ground, FedEx 3Day Express Saver, FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight) will determine the time it will take the order to arrive after it has left our manufacturing center.
For example, if your item usually ships from our manufacturing center in 1 business day, and you select “FedEx Overnight” shipping, it may actually take 2 full business days for your order to arrive.
Notes:
1. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs some time to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. The delivery time frame will be longer than usual for orders that included preorder or/and customized items. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4. If you found that: 1) your package has not been delivered within the specified time; 2) the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it; or 3) your package includes missing/incorrect items, please contact customer service within 10 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, make sure to contact customer service within 10 days of the payment date.
